Wine Club Policy

Your credit card will be billed for each shipment’s wine, plus shipping, and any applicable taxes.

You must be 21 or older to join. An adult signature is required at the time of delivery. By submitting this order to join this wine club you give permission to Inman Family Wines to charge your credit card for each shipment, including freight and applicable taxes at the time of shipping. There are no subsitutions for automatic wine shipment selections. For “choose your own selection clubs”, if you do not make the selection prior to the club processing date indicated in the pre-shipment email, you will receive the “Default Shipment”; any changes to the default club shipment after processing will incur a $25 restocking/credit card reprocessing fee.

Furthermore, you understand that you may cancel your membership at anytime after the second shipment. If you cancel before the second shipment, we will charge your card for the amount of the discount you received on the wine purchased using the club discount. Cancellations and any changes in your membership must be made in writing at least three weeks before the next shipment. Inman Family Wines will not be responsible for shipping charges due to misdirected or re-shipped wines.

By law we can ship to: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WY.

All other states are available via 3rd party shippers. You will pay CA sales tax and the wine will be delivered to the local shipper of your choice. Call us about this and we can estimate shipping costs you might encounter. Also, new permits are coming on stream for us all of the time as laws change.

UPS Ground is used for direct ship states except for VT, where FedEx Ground is used.

Some states have certain volume restrictions. We regret that we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Pick-ups at the winery are required within three weeks of shipment date after which they will be shipped to the billing or shipping address on file and charged to your card. Club members are responsibile for keeping their address records up to date. If wine is shipped and returned to the winery due to not being available for adult signature or for incorrect address, club members will be charged for the additional shipping costs to reship the wines.
