When you are a customer at Inman Family you’re automatically entered to be a part of our loyalty program so you can earn points on all of your purchases.

What are the different tiers and how many points will I earn?
Our customer loyalty tiers are as follows:
Standard: Every customer automatically earns 2 points for every $1 you spend.
Magnum: Once a customer has spent $3,000 at Inman Family, you automatically join our Magnum tier where you will earn 3 points for every $1 you spend.
Salmanazar: Once a customer has spent $10,000 at Inman Family, you automatically join our top Salmanazar tier where you will earn 5 points for every $1 you spend.
Log in to your account to view your tier and point accrual to date.
How much are points worth?
Every 100 points = $1 (redemption rate of 0.01)
So when you $200 make a purchase:
- Standard (2 points) = you earn 400 points = $4
- Magnum (3 points) = you earn 600 points = $6
- Salmanazar (5 points) = you 1,000 points = $10
How else can I earn points?
We can manually award bonus points for other ways you have supported our business.
Visitor Referral = 500 points ($5 value)
Someone visiting us can enter your name during the reservation process, in the online pre-tasting survey, or in person when they arrive.
Social media photo and tag = 500 points ($5 value)
Share about us on social media? Make sure to tag us and send us an email with a screenshot or link. (Some accounts are private so it’s hard for us to know without you shooting us a note.)
What if I have done one of these actions to support your business in the past?
Thank you so much for supporting us in the past. This program went into effect March 21, 2023 but let us know moving forward if you have promoted our business from the start date of the program an onward so we can award you some of those bonus points!
What if my partner and I have accrued a certain number of points on our separate accounts that together would qualify us for the next rung?
If you want to merge two accounts just let us know.
Is there a limit of how many points I can use at once?
Your points can be used on up to 50% of an order. For example, if you have an order of $200 you can use up to $100 worth of points (10,000 points)
How do I redeem my points?
Add item(s) to Cart as usual.
On the Payment page, click the Redeem button. (Ensure you are logged in to redeem)
Enter Credit Card information for the remaining balance (if applicable) and click the Place Order button.
Can Loyalty Points be used to pay for Club Shipments?
Not at this time. Though you do earn points for each of your club shipments.
