Current Job Openings at Inman Family Wines

Available openings:

  • Tasting Room Manager
  • Part Time Tasting Room Associate

Inman Family Wines is located in the Russian River Valley in Sonoma County, California. We are a small, family business specializing in Pinot Noir in its various guises – Rosé, Red and Sparkling!

Inman Family Wines’ Russian River Valley estate vineyard, Olivet Grange, is planted to Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. It is farmed sensitively using only organically certified inputs and provides habitat for dozens of species of birds and a variety of other wildlife.

Our winery building also reflects our “eco-ethics.” The winery was built using recycled and repurposed materials, is solar powered, reprocesses all winery gray-water and stores it for use for irrigation when needed and for fire safety.

Tasting Room Manager

Full-time, Exempt Thursday – Monday (weekdays 9-5, weekends 10-5)

Inman Family Wines, which has been producing award-winning wines in the Russian River Valley for over 20 years, has an opening for a Tasting Room Manager to join the team.

Led by owner and winemaker Kathleen Inman, the winery is dedicated to producing high-quality, natural wines that reflect the place the grapes were grown. Typically producing Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Rosé and an assortment of Sparkling Wines, Inman Family is deeply dedicated to running a sustainable winery and organic vineyard operation.

We are a very small team and the Tasting Room Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining lifetime customer relationships by offering personalized, first-class, client experience at every touch point – ranging from the public tasting room to exclusive private tastings, to phone and email customer care, to public and private events on and off site. This involves managing all direct consumer facing aspects of the business in line with the overall business strategy.

The small, collaborative team environment lends itself to a self-starter who is willing to take on a challenge, think outside the box, be willing to help other teammates when large, time-sensitive tasks arise (harvest, bulk orders), and is interested in being part of a slightly nerdy, fun, pun-loving team.
