If your wine is flawed or damaged (by means other than the carrier), you may return the product for exchange or refund (except where prohibited by law). We will refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Damages caused by the carrier are not the responsibility of Inman Family Wines. You must submit claims for shipping charge reimbursement directly to the carrier.
If a shipment is returned to Inman Family Wines due to delivery failure for an invalid address, we will contact you to obtain the correct address. If the original address provided was incorrect or if no one over the age of 21 was in to sign for the package and the package was returned, you will be charged for the second shipment or you may collect the wine at our winery. If the mistake was ours, we will promptly re-send the wine.
