Meet the Maker Happy Hour

Join us for a virtual wine tasting

Our “Meet the Maker” virtual wine tasting events are a great activity to do with friends, family, and even colleagues, so you can stay connected while social distancing. We have a schedule of tasting sessions with owner and winemaker Kathleen Inman to choose from and are also available to do private group tastings.

Read the San Francisco Chronicle’s review of our virtual wine tasting.

Our virtual wine tastings are also an activity you can feel good about: We're donating a portion of the proceeds from these tastings to local chapters of Meals on Wheels, which provides elderly Americans with meals as well as assistance with errands – a critical service during this pandemic.

How our virtual wine tastings work:

First, pick one or more of our wine trios. Ground shipping is included on all packages to our direct ship states in the continental US, so it's a good time to stock your cellar. (If Next Day Air is required for heat or to meet a time deadline, there will be a shipping supplement charged of $25 per trio.) Five percent of your purchase will go straight to Meals on Wheels. Click here to choose your trio.

Within a few days of placing your order, you will receive a follow-up email with dates to choose from, as well as instructions about joining the complimentary online wine tasting with Inman Family Wines owner and winemaker Kathleen Inman over Zoom. Click here for our virtual tasting schedule.

When you join us for your virtual wine tasting you can open all of the bottles or save some for another day and enjoy them with what information you learned from your tasting experience. Coordinate buying a trio with your friends so you can spend time together while socially distancing. These trios and the complimentary virtual tastings also make for great gifts!

To set up a private group tasting or if you have any questions, contact the winery at (707) 293-9576.

Even if you don’t have availability to join the “Meet the Maker” sessions, know that your purchase is not only supporting a small business, but it’s also supporting Meals on Wheels of San Francisco who are providing particularly critical services during this time.
