Our Newest Pinot Releases

I recently received an email from an Inman Family wine club member asking if I could send her more of my newly released 2017 OGV Estate Pinot Noir.  She wrote: "It might be my favorite wine, ever!"

I must say that, year after year, this is the wine I am most proud of. The grapes are from our estate, and I care for every vine and every bunch that goes into my wine.

Displaying aromas of black cherry, dried rose petals, classic Russian River cola and a hint of white pepper, the palate on this vintage reveals raspberries, tart cherry, pomegranate, cola, and savory spices. Rich, elegant and powerful, with a silk satin texture shrouding "grippy" tannins and mouth-coating tastiness.

Other new releases

The pinot grapes at our estate don’t just go into this OGV Pinot Noir, I also use them in our endlessly popular 2019 Endless Crush Rosé of Pinot Noir ($38) and our 2017 Russian River Valley Special Blend Pinot Noir ($68).

What critics have been saying about 2019 Endless Crush:

The pale pink hue will entice you to take your first sip, but the flavors of fresh Summer fruits are what will get you guzzling it down: ripe strawberries, watermelon, lemon pith, a hint of rose petal, and a delicate brininess that is common with wines from California’s Russian River Valley appellation. For the price of $38, it’s a steal. (The Manual)

This rosé attacks the palate with a burst of lively, fresh strawberry and watermelon flavors with a dose of mineral and grapefruit. Beautiful watermelon color and bright acidity excites the senses. This is a good rosé to serve with chicken, pasta, salmon and other grilled fish. (More About Wine)

The Endless Crush is a gorgeous wine, full of ripe fruit flavors, such as watermelon and strawberries. It is a beautiful delicate pink color in the glass with pleasant fruit aromas. A crisp acidity and a mineral hint in the finish make this a great wine for sipping all year long. At only 12 percent alcohol, you can drink a lot of it without getting tipsy. (Bottle Report)

What critics have been saying about 2017 Russian River Valley Special Blend Pinot Noir:

“The wildly diverse, full-bodied pinot was a thrill ride of a wine. (Daily Chronicle)

“…a gorgeous pale garnet in the glass with inviting aromas of cherry, blueberry and raspberry. It is a complex wine with a silky smooth mouthfeel with a long finish. Inman also said “there is a fullness in the mid palate and nice length.” (Bottle Report)
