2014 OneTonZin RRV
The second Zinfandel produced by Inman Family winemaker, Kathleen Inman. Elegant but full-bodied this Zin was made from just one ton of Zinfandel from the the venerable Papera Ranch, next door to our Olivet Grange vineyard. Aromas and flavors of blackberries, baking spices and dark cherries, flavors of blackberry, raspberry, tangerine, white pepper and subtle spices. This is a high acid, food friendly Zinfandel - one might say it is a Zinfandel for Pinot drinkers!
Aged in neutral oak for 15 months. Bottled under screwcap in December 2015.
