2017 Harvest Intern
Inman Family Wines is a small woman-owned sustainable winery specializing in native fermentations of Pinot Gris, Rosé of Pinot Noir, and Pinot Noir in the Russian River Valley.
Experience all facets of harvest with our small winemaking team. Duties will include, but are not limited to, QC row grooming before harvest, cleaning and sanitizing bins, oak, and stainless steel barrels, crushing and pressing, punch-downs, fermentation monitoring, and general cellar cleaning.
- Must be flexible with schedule--may need to occasionally work early mornings and weekends depending on when fruit is ready and cellar needs
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
Internship is anticipated to begin August 15 and end October 15. Position is seasonal part-time to full-time depending on the work load each day.
