Tasting Room Sales Associate

Inman Family Wines is small, family-owned winery with one of the newest, most eco-friendly tasting rooms in Sonoma County. The Inmans' organically farmed Olivet Grange Vineyard, and the winery are located off the popular Olivet Road.

This is a part-time position, 12-24 hours per week; weekends are mandatory. Candidate must have exceptional customer service skills and enjoy working with the public, with the ability to intelligently share wine knowledge, encourage sales and wine club membership, and create a memorable experience for our visitors. Previous wine experience is required. Retail and/or wine sales experience is desirable. Requires the ability to stand for long periods of time and to lift 50 lbs. Qualifications
• Ideally, experience with tasting room sales
• Customer service experience
• Passion for and knowledge of fine wines
• Passionate about enviromental issues
• Excellent sales, people management, organizational and customer service skills
• Must be capable of working independently as well as part of a team and manage multiple tasks at once.
• Must be very computer savvy.
